Warranty Process Expectations

Thank you for utilizing your warranty! Please complete the form below so we can assist you effectively. For your convenience, we only request one picture. Any additional issues or concerns can be addressed on our initial phone call. Please read the terms and conditions of your initial contract and fill out the form to the best of your ability for the fastest service. Once submitted, your claim will be reviewed by our warranty department for approval. A foreman will typically reach out within 5-7 business days, or sooner if possible. The actual scheduling of the work is generally about two weeks after the call, but may be less or more, depending on factors such as weather and the time of year the claim was submitted. We look forward to taking care of you!

  2. The more information you provide, the better we can serve you. Please attach pictures, send detailed descriptions, and let us know if you have any leftover paint.
